Je EigenRouteLast updated
Je EigenRoute is run by one person. This page says exactly what the platform stores, who else can see it, and how to have it removed. It describes what the code does today — nothing is listed here that is not actually collected.
Registering with an email address stores four things: the address, the name you gave, the interface language you chose, and an account identifier. Your password is never stored by the platform — sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth, which holds it. Signing in with Google gives us your email address, your name and that same identifier, and nothing else: we never see your Google password and we ask Google for no further access.
Your learning data is tied to your account identifier: exercise attempts and the answers you chose, reading and exam results, exam sittings and the questions you flagged, flashcard progress, words you added, favourites, your own sections, your trash, and the days you were active. This is what makes progress and mistake review possible — without it the platform could only ever show you a blank page.
A message sent through the form in your profile is stored with its type, the page you were on, your interface language and the time, together with any replies. The page is stored because “where it happened” is most of a bug report.
A support message is also delivered to the platform owner as a Telegram message, so that it is seen rather than sitting in a table. It carries the text you wrote, its type, your account identifier and your interface language. Replies travel back the same way and appear in your notifications here.
Supabase — sign-in and the database, hosted in the EU. Vercel — hosting and delivery of the site. Brevo — delivery of the emails the platform sends you: confirming your address and resetting your password. Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google. Telegram — delivery of support messages to the platform owner. Nothing is sent to anyone else.
Only the ones that keep you signed in, set by Supabase Auth, plus a note of the language you chose. There is no analytics, no tracking and no advertising on this platform, so there are no cookies for them either.
It is not sold, rented or shared for advertising, and it is not used to train anything. It is used to run the platform for you, and for nothing else.
For as long as your account exists. Support messages and their replies are kept alongside it so a conversation can be read back later. Delete the account and all of it goes with it — nothing is held back “just in case”.
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from your profile. That removes your identity from Supabase Auth and your learning data, words, results, messages and notifications from the platform's database. It cannot be undone, so it asks first.
You can ask what is stored about you, ask for it to be corrected, and have it deleted — the last of these you can do yourself, in one step, in your profile. For a copy of your data, or a correction the interface does not offer, write to jeeigenroute@gmail.com and you will get an answer.
